I have seen this down through the years in ministry. When people give their lives and their all to the Lord they realize what they have been doing all of these years and change that hypocrisy, is what I call it.
What children learn from this sometimes turns them from the Lord & sometimes their parents in their later lives.
God can change anything His love can make us what we should be for Him. I know I'm not perfect but He's still working on my after 65 years as a Christian. I thank God for the Christian home that I grew up in.
